A- Achieve, B-Build, C-Collaborate - Strategy workshop : Air Liquide India

Air Liquide India recently conducted an ADVANCE strategy workshop under theme of  “I am the Changemaker” and brought all the “People managers” on board to witness impactful changes, growth mindset and insightful inward journey to achieve goals. This workshop was sketched to bring a paradigm shift for the managers from merely a Manager to a leader of today who empowers the team and acts as a torch bearer.

The workshop had Mr. Benoit Renard, Managing Director, ALI excitedly sharing the 2023 vision: “ABC”, where A meant Achieve, B meant Build and C meant Collaborate. He applauded the past achievements and at the same time, highlighted the immediate need to come together more strongly and fight as one team to strive for all the goals, personal and organizational.

Mr. Benoit insisted that the power of togetherness and the intent of covering for each other will bring about a potent change that will change the narrative of doing business for the good. Attended by over 50 plus managers, the workshop was filled with guided practical approaches to bring about the change, enabling managers to pledge to act towards it. They were empowered with the ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement) model to embrace change at an individual level which will, in turn, churn the wheel of change management.

With a new and fresh outlook, the Air Liquide India managers learned how important it is to instill trust and harmony within their teams to ensure everyone equally participates in the commitment to change.

Eventually, Change is the only constant!
